Remove the tartlet from its packaging and defrost for 2h30 to 3h at 0-4°C.You can also take the tartlet out of its packaging and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds.Add then add about 5g of brown sugar to the tartlet and torch.Let it sit for 5 minutes at room temperature and it's ready.
