We pride ourselves in providing our customers with an exceptional delivery service, therefore we offer different options depending on your order destination.

UK Delivery including Highlands & Northern Ireland

Most of our UK orders are sent with DHL, and we also partner with Royal Mail. Your dispatch email will contain the carrier used and tracking details for your convenience. 

DHL offers flexible delivery options if you’re not going to be in during your allocated time slot. You will be able to choose to leave your package with a neighbour, in a safe place, or even pick it up from your local DHL service point that same day or at your earliest convenience.

UK weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days.

FREE Standard Delivery for orders £40 and over. £3.99 for orders below £40. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3working days.

Please note: for both UK orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order.

Delivery to Europe and Rest of the World

Orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL. You can easily follow your order’s delivery journey by downloading the DHL app.

The delivery options available to you are shown at checkout. These options depend on things like product weight, product size, and delivery address.

EU countries may charge customs duties which are payable by the recipient in that country – but we’re afraid we can’t say how much these might be. Goods may also be inspected. This service requires a signature for delivery; please note that a valid telephone number and email must be provided before we can despatch your order.

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may also be subject to customs charges. If your delivery address is in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, you must enter your NIF/CIF number into address line 2. If you’ve already included address information in this box, add a comma, then your CIF/NIF number in the following format: 12345678A. Without the NIF/CIF number, your order may be delayed in customs, or returned to Nicol Retailer as undeliverable.

Delivery Taxes & Duties

Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. If you are shipping items internationally, you may need to pay import duties upon receipt of the products. The courier will notify you if import duties are included. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we cannot advise on their amount. The payment of any such import duties or taxes is your responsibility. Before placing your order, please contact your local Customs office for further information and a‘landed cost estimate’. Nicol Reatiler Limited is not responsible for items confiscated or delayed by local Customs authorities.

For US customers, we do not collect sales or use tax in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales or use tax, unless your state is exempt from taxation. Many states require a sales/use tax return filing at the end of the year for taxable purchases that were not taxed (including internet purchases) and payment of use tax on those purchases. For more details, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority.

It is your responsibility to comply with all requirements imposed by the local Customs authority in relation to your order. This may include the provision of identification information in order to receive your order. Before placing an order, we recommend that you make yourself aware of local import duties or other requirements. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email, sent to the email address on your order.

What if I’m not home when it’s delivered?

Our delivery company will leave a calling card if they are unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions on the calling card and contact your local depot to rearrange delivery/collection within 5 working days. If arrangements for delivery are not completed in 5 working days your parcel will be returned back to us.
