Food Safety Guidelines

– Store at 18°C as per the date indicated on the packaging.
– Once defrosted, keep at 4°C and consume within 48 hours.
– Never refreeze a product that has already been defrosted.

Cooking Instructions

Oven Cooking (From Frozen):
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
2. Place the frozen tart in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
3. For a crisper pastry, you may remove the tart from its case before baking.

Thawing (At 4°C):
– Allow the tart to thaw for approximately 10 hours at 4°C. For quicker defrosting, remove it from the plastic film.

Additional Cooking Instructions:
– Take the tart out of its packaging immediately after removing it from the freezer. Let it defrost for about 5 hours at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C.
