From Frozen: Steam using a gas or pressure steamer for 40 minutes. From Chilled: Steam using a gas or pressure steamer for 30 minutes.

Alternative Cooking Methods:
Steaming: Put 2.5kg of McCain Simply Potato for Mash into a perforated tray and steam on maximum power. Transfer the steamed potatoes into a large mixing bowl and use a balloon whisk to blend for one minute. Season as desired, then continue whisking for an additional two minutes.

Frozen Time – 12-15 minutes; Chilled Time – 6-9 minutes.
Stovetop: Put 2.5kg of McCain Simply Potato for Mash into a large pot with one litre of cold water—ensure that the potatoes are not submerged completely to prevent soggy mash. Cover with a tight lid and cook on high heat, stirring occasionally. After cooking, pour both the potatoes and any residual liquid into a large mixing bowl without draining, then use a balloon whisk to mix for one minute. Season according to preference and whisk again for two more minutes.

Frozen Time – 20-25 minutes; Chilled Time – 10-15 minutes. This method can be done on the hob or through regenerative cooking—detailed instructions available on the packaging.
