Handling and Cooking

Defrost before use. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Oven temperature should not exceed 95°C if reheating in the bag. Place bag in a steam oven (at 95°C) for 50 – 60 minutes. Microwave: decant into a suitable container and heat on full power for 18 – 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. These are guidelines only, always check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
