Cooking & Handling

This product must be cooked before serving. The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking, including casing. Cut required amount into thin slices. To grill: Preheat grill to a medium-high temperature. Grill slices for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. To fry: Gently heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry slices over a medium temperature for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. To microwave: Place slices on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power for 1 minute 40 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Instructions are based on a 750W microwave oven. For higher wattage ovens, heating time should be reduced. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
