or best results – cook from frozen in an oven. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Oven bake: Preheat the oven to 200ºC/Gas Mark 6. Place on an oiled pre-heated baking tray and cook for approximately 13-14 minutes. Turn half way through cooking. For fan assisted ovens cooking time should be reduced. For best results refer to manufacturers handbook. Deep Fry: In hot oil or fat (175ºC) for approximately 4 minutes. Drain well before serving.
