Cooking instructions

Preparation Guidelines: Non-stick pan: Medium heat, 1 tbsp oil approx. 10-12mins from frozen (8mins., defrosted), turning occassionally. Oven: Brush with oil. Cook at 180⁰C for approx 12mins from frozen (8-10 mins., defrosted) turning halfway through cooking. Ensure core temperature reaches 74⁰C
