Description
A dried demi-glace sauce mix, the classical base for all brown sauces. Bain Marie stable and meets 2012 salt targets. The tub is 1.05kg, and makes approximately 7 litres.
Ingredients:
Palm fat, modified waxy maize starch, maltodextrin, salt, flavourings (contain CELERY, MILK), sugar, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), tomato puree powder, pork gelatin, colour (ammonia caramel), rice starch, onion powder, leek, yeast extract, lactose (MILK), red wine extract, MILK proteins, vegetable juice concentrate (CELERY, onions, carrots, leek), spices (garlic, pepper), thyme, sunflower oil, dextrose, smoke flavouring.
