Description
A well-rounded broth base made with Miso, a traditional fermented soy, blended with a light savoury background for a perfectly balanced taste. Spoon into sauces, mix into rice wine vinegar or soy sauce, poach meat, veg and fish or marinade meat and veg. Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.
