Description
The Origin “Gallo Nero” is a whole-grain rice with an unmistakable natural black colour that, while cooking, releases the characteristic scent of freshly baked bread. Gallo Nero was born and grows in Italian rice fields. It is processed and packaged by Riso Gallo in Lomellina, for a 100% made in Italy rice.
