Cooking and Handling

Cook product before consumption. For best results, cook from frozen. We recommend that this product is Deep Fried. Deep Fry: Cook from frozen. Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen fish for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (Gas Mark 7). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 16 – 18 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
